For optimal results, we recommend 3-4 training sessions per week. However, this can vary based on your current fitness level, goals, and schedule. Our trainers will work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle while ensuring progress.

Not at all! We welcome clients of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. Our programs are fully customized to your current abilities and gradually progress as you become stronger and more confident.

For your first session, please bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a small towel. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn. We’ll provide all the equipment and guidance you need.

While results vary based on individual factors, most clients begin to notice improvements in energy, strength, and mood within 2-3 weeks. Physical changes typically become more noticeable after 4-6 weeks of consistent training and proper nutrition.

Yes, we offer nutrition guidance as part of our training programs. Proper nutrition is essential for achieving your fitness goals, whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve performance. Our trainers can provide personalized nutrition recommendations and meal planning assistance.

We understand that life happens. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for the session. For emergencies or unexpected circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

No, we don’t believe in locking clients into long-term contracts. We offer flexible membership options including month-to-month plans. We’re confident that once you experience our training approach, you’ll want to stay with us because of the results you achieve, not because of a contract.

We offer a discounted trial session for new clients. This gives you the opportunity to experience our training approach, meet our team, and see if we’re the right fit for your fitness journey. Many of our long-term clients started with a trial session.

I commit to asking for assistance for any exercise I am unsure of how to perform safely.

In consideration of my being accepted into the program, I agree to release and discharge Tranzit Fitness, its employees, volunteers, supervisors, host facility, and owner Dean Pavlides from any injuries sustained by me as a result of participation in this program.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tranzit Fitness, and any of its employees, volunteers, supervisors, and owners against any liability incurred as a result of such injury or loss during and after the bootcamp.

I agree to:

  • Upfront payments before attending sessions.
  • Provide 24-hour notice prior to cancellations (otherwise the session is forfeited).
  • Complete session packages within a reasonable time frame. Constant rescheduling or cancellation will result in forfeiture.
  • Be punctual and behave appropriately during training sessions.
